Kellee Stritzel, Owner
BSN, RNKellee’s path into aesthetics and wellness grew naturally from more than a decade working in emergency and critical care nursing. Years spent in fast-paced, high-acuity environments shaped her deep appreciation for anatomy, precision, patient safety, and the importance of truly listening to the person in front of her.
Her interest in aesthetic medicine began as a way to bring together clinical expertise and a more creative, personalized approach to care. What started with IV therapy and restorative wellness grew into a passion for skin health, injectables, and treatments designed to help patients feel refreshed and confident while still looking like themselves.
Today, Kellee leads The Lounge with the same philosophy that inspired its creation: thoughtful care, honest recommendations, and an experience that never feels rushed or impersonal.
For Kellee, the most rewarding part is helping patients feel comfortable in their choices and cared for throughout the entire process.
Medical DirectorRidgely Muller, MD
Dr. Ridgely Muller serves as Medical Director at The Lounge, providing physician oversight and guidance across the practice.
With more than 30 years of medical experience, Dr. Muller is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with a career grounded in clinical decision-making, patient safety, and compassionate care. He is affiliated with Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital and earned his medical degree from the University of Southern California School of Medicine.
At The Lounge, Dr. Muller provides medical evaluation, oversight, and physician-directed care when clinically appropriate. His experience in emergency medicine brings a comprehensive understanding of patient assessment, anatomy, diagnostic review, and medical best practices to the wellness and aesthetic services offered by the practice.
He also provides concierge medical services for patients seeking a more personalized approach to their ongoing health and wellness.
Ashlie Mossberg
Ashlie brings a thoughtful, whole-person approach to aesthetics and wellness. With a background caring for diverse patient populations, she understands that great care is about more than the treatment itself — it begins with making people feel heard, comfortable, and supported.
Her approach is detail-oriented and individualized, with an emphasis on helping each patient choose treatments that align with their goals rather than following a one-size-fits-all plan.
As Nurse Manager, Ashlie also plays an important role in maintaining the high standard of clinical care and patient experience that defines The Lounge.
